Fraud when trying to unlock extras - Guild Wars Forums

hey i'm trying to buy skill pack and pvp kit for my account, but I am living abroad and so I am getting a fraud error when I try and buy from an online store. Is it possible to buy these using Paypal as it gives me a link to do it from the store, but then just ships me off to external websites, whch only have expansions not the upgrade kits. I have sent a message to them to see if there is a work around, but they aren't providing me with a solution, wondering if anyone else has managed to find a work around.

You can use PayPal if you purchase stuff from the NCSoft Store. They have all the unlock packs available, just page down. https://secure.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/St...y&cate gory=4
